Thank you for visiting Manitowoc Prototype's (MPI) website. Rudie Bruss, owner of MPI, has sold his business to Steve Grundahl, owner of Midwest Prototyping LLC. Midwest was chosen by Rudie to carry on his business and to continue the great relationships he has developed with his customers over the years. MPI's operations have been relocated to Midwest’s new, 18,000 sq ft building located in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin which is just outside of Madison.
Midwest has been a supplier of quality prototypes since its doors opened in 2001. With the equipment from the purchase of Manitowoc, Midwest will not only add SLS to their list of services offered, but they will increase their existing SLA capacity. In addition to SLA and SLS, Midwest also offers CNC machining, fabricating, finishing and assembly services.
